Once you purchase a plan for your all-inclusive Boost membership, you'll receive one email confirming your order, and then another once access has been granted to your TradingView account. It works on the free plan of TradingView, so there is no need to upgrade to use Boost.

You'll also get insider access to Boost Discord, where you can connect with other traders or use our automated market scanners. 

Boost works with any market on any timeframe. That means all stocks, indices, forex, futures, currencies, and commodities on timeframes including 1m, 5m, 30m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, etc.

Boost can also be customized to suit any style of trading, whether that be day trading, swing trading, or investing.

Boost does not, and will not auto-trade. Boost was designed to be a tool used during technical analysis and should not be followed blindly.

Absolutely! While our tools are powerful enough for professional traders, they remain simple enough for beginners to understand. We definitely recommend checking out the educational material provided in our Discord.

Yes! Many of our customers chart with Boost through TradingView and then execute their trades with their preferred broker.

Our indicators do not repaint, and they never will! However, all signals are confirmed at candle close. This means that while the candle is still open, a signal may appear and then disappear again (as price fluctuates). It is not confirmed until the current candle has closed and the signal is still there.

When creating an alert for the first time, you'll likely see a popup that states our indicator "can" repaint. This is not true, as this is simply an automated message that appears because some of our features utilize multiple timeframes.

If you've just placed your order, all you'll need to do is wait for access. Make sure to check the email you signed up with for any updates. We'll send you an email once access has been granted to your account, or if we run into any issues fulfilling your order.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at https://boost-signals.com/account/login. From there go to Subscriptions > click on your subscription > Cancel. Keep in mind that once you cancel, you'll have access to Boost services until the end of your current billing period.
